R Series i Models

R Series i models feature automatic Variable Pressure Control ( AVP Control), which offers complete output pressure control, exceptional energy savings, and lower coolant temperatures for better machining accuracy.

With AVP Control, just enter the desired pressure setting into the system or machines' control and coolant output is automatically adjusted accordingly.
The AVP Control eliminates the manual pressure valve, thus saves energy and delivers lower coolant temperatures; the system precisely controls the pump speed in accordance with pressure output.
With AVP Control, each tool can have the desired pressure output within the systems capabilities, regardless of the tool's orifice quantity or size.
Have full control of the reservoir, including easy coolant level adjustments and timing for coolant transfer.
i-series systems are connected easily to the machine tool, simplifying the interfacing process and hardware.
