General Return Policy
You may return most new, unused, undamaged and in saleable
condition parts sold by Yama Seiki USA, Inc. within 45 days after the ship date
for a full refund, unless otherwise indicated in the following section “Items
That Can’t Be Returned”. All orders are not eligible for return and refund
after the 45-day return period has expired.
Note: The original shipping and handling charge may be
deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the
result of Yama Seiki's error.
How to return?
A. Normal stock Parts
If you have ordered the wrong part or simply wish to make a
return request within the 45-days return period, and theresult of this request
is not of Yama Seiki’s error, you may:
1. Please call our Parts Department at 1.909.628.5568, or
email us at [email protected] to
request the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form
before you ship the parts to us.
After the RMA form is received, Yama Seiki Parts Department
will review the details, and you will be notified with a RMA number and
instructions for returning the part once your return has been approved.
2. Please carefully package the part in its original package
or in equally protective packaging and ship to

3. All normal returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on
the parts purchase price.
B. Custom/Special Order Parts
All custom/special orders can’t be returned or refunded.
C. Items That Can't Be Returned
Yama Seiki does not accept returns of the following items:
• Custom/Special ordered items.
• Belts
• Light Bulbs
• Fanuc Options
• Software
• Manuals (Hard Copy or Digital Copy)
How refunds are issued?
Refunds are issued either by Yama Seiki’s company check or
by credit to the customers within 2 weeks after the returned part has been
received by Yama Seiki, and the part is unopened, unused,undamaged and in saleable condition.
